All About Lindler’s Construction 

Dedicated to safety and to building lasting relationships with our clients, our commitment is and always has been to finish projects safely, on time and within budget while exceeding our clients’ expectations. Eighty-five percent of our operation is repeat business from clients who have come to know Lindler’s Construction of South Carolina as a highly trusted contractor.

Founded in 2005

Oneal Lindler began learning the construction trade directly out of high school in 2000. Older generations were willing to teach Oneal a trade, and he eagerly learned backfilling, clearing and grading work. In June of 2005, Oneal officially incorporated Lindler’s Construction of South Carolina, LLC, with Heather Lindler joining the business alongside him that same year handling all trucking and accounting aspects of the firm. After more than a decade in continuous operation, Lindler’s Construction has grown from 10 employees to a company of 40 employees and growing. We continue to grow and built a new facility in Newberry, SC in 2017, which allows us the ability to take on even more projects in the industry.

Licensed General Contactors/SCDOT Certified DBE

We are a licensed general contractor that currently holds a Class 5 Unlimited General Contractors License in the following fields with Heather Lindler being the certifying party: Grading, Concrete, Concrete Paving, Asphalt Paving and Water & Sewer Lines. We are licensed by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and the Office of Small and Minority Business Assistance (OSMBA) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Our CDL truck drivers and other employees are tested by a certified Department of Transportation medical examiner to fully comply with the standards of South Carolina law. Lindler’s attracts and retains only the highest-quality employees and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs and alcohol.
