Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of public and private projects for civil site packages. Including earthwork, grading, storm drain, utilities, asphalt, and site concrete.
• Knowledge drawings and associated files for takeoffs
• Navigate and utilize project management software
• Communicate with team and owners
• Quantify materials and volumes
• Manage multiple crews
• Create Project Schedules
• Coordinate with Owners to ensure project timeline is met
• Coordinate with suppliers for material delivery
• Create change order proposals for owners

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Project Management Software experience agtek, procore, etc.
• Project Management of crews for a minimum of 2 years.
