Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of public and private projects for civil site packages. Including earthwork, grading, storm drain, utilities, asphalt, and site concrete.
- Knowledge drawings and associated files for takeoffs
- Navigate and utilize project management software
- Communicate with team and owners
- Quantify materials and volumes
- Manage multiple crews
- Create Project Schedules
- Coordinate with Owners to ensure project timeline is met
- Coordinate with suppliers for material delivery
- Create change order proposals for owners
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Project Management Software experience agtek, procore, etc.
- Project Management of crews for a minimum of 2 years.
