We were honored to be selected as a 2025 finalist. Being selected in 2025 has been amazing. 2025 marks our official 20th year in business. We were incorporated in 2005 and the past 20 years have come with many successes but too many hurdles to count. Hard work, determination, faith and the help of a great team has got us to where we are today. As part of being named, Oneal & Heather Lindler along with Steffen Shealy and his wife Shay Shealy were able to take a couple days away from the office to make a quick trip to Nashville, TN. Our trip was filled with meet and greets, roundtable discussions and a wonderful Awards Dinner. We took full advantage of this opportunity and were able to discuss topics like employment struggles, GPS equipment, advantages of social media, AI benefits, safety measures and many of us shared our stories of how we became introduced into the construction industry. While we did not walk away as a winner, we are honored to have been a part of this event. We took valuable information back to South Carolina and got back to work!
